Spacious stone "longère" style south facing property consisting of a main house with 6 bedrooms, a 3 bedroom gite for holiday rentals and two large stone barns for further conversion between the two houses, small outbuildings, secured pool (8m x 4m), full-size tennis court all set in around 2.1 hectares just outside a village with all amenities north of Montignac in the Périgord Noir of the Dordogne.
