The third gite, facing south east and towards the river has a large living room with equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a large bathroom with both bath and shower and is equipped to cater for small children.  This house has a small private patio to the side.

The fourth house, originally the bread oven, has been recently converted to provide a large living room with corner kitchen on the ground floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor.  This house is currenlty the owners' private living accommodation.

Most of the buildings are centred around a central courtyard which has a large covered seating area, a covered games area for table tennis and basket-ball, and an old "bergerie" used as a laundry, workshop and storage area.  

Behind the main buildings is a large open-fronted barn which provides covered parking for 6 cars and storage for the large maintenance equipment. In front of this building is a large parking area for the owners and guests. 

All around the buildings are a variety of garden areas for guests, adults and children (large play area), an orchard with many fruit trees, a walnut grove providing between 150 to 200 km of walnuts processed into around 20 litres of cooking oil just further down the river valley.

The pool (10m x 4m) is enclosed and has a security alarm and is surrounded with a newly tiled terrace with space for sun loungers.  

The property has 450 metres of private river frontage where guests can fish carp, salmon and trout and probably also fresh-water crayfish.

A fine property with highly successful holiday rentals with further development potential in one of the most sought-after holiday locations in France and around 30 minutes to the new airport south of Brive.
