Mobile homes range from the "all inclusive prices" of 22 608 Euros to 48 698 Euros according to size and fittings desired.

All mobile homes are 4 metres wide and of differing lengths, the reference numbers denoting the length.

Model 734 is the cheapest model at 22 608 Euros and is 7m34 long..

Model Prestige 1070 is the most expensive at 48 698 Euros and is 10m70 long.

Within each range, there is a choice of 2 or 3 bedrooms and 1 or 2bathrooms.

All mobile homes come fully equipped and furnished and have wood decking terraces, and are delivered and installed to the sites with water, electricity and drainage, leaving the new owner with nothing to do but hang up his clothes and relax into the holiday.

All the homes are heated so ideal for all-year-round breaks and most sites are open for at least 10 months of the year, and provide a wide range of facilities such as pools, games courts, gyms, saunas, hot tubs, shops, bars and some even have restaurants. You can also bring your pets just so long as they are kept on a lead.

The advantage of having your mobile home on a pre-designated site is that a number of additional services are also at hand such as: rental management, guaranteed rentals and mobile home exchange (ie. swap residences with other holiday makers in different areas of France).

Purchasing a mobile home is very simple. You merely place your order,choose your site and settle your payment. There are no legal fees or annual taxes to pay and no visits to the notaire. The only annual expenses are a fixed site rental of between 1500 Euros and 2500 Euros per year and which covers all site upkeep, maintenance and security, and there is a holiday tax ("taxe de séjour") which is currently between 100 and 200 Euros per year.

The procedure for viewing and purchasing is the same as for any of ourproperties for sale. Just let us know IN which area of France you want to be and when you intend to visit and we will arrange the appointments for you.

 Our advice is to spend a little time getting to know an area before deciding where to buy, taking into account places of interest, variety of activities and scenery, climate and temperature, travelling times to and from airports... as well as rental potential if you are buying for investment purposes.
