Stairs from the living room lead to the first floor where there are three west-facing bedrooms (12m2, 12m2, 9m2), one with en-suite bathroom, a second bathroom with shower and washbasin, and a separate wc.   

The third house has an open space with open plan kitchen area, East door to the lane and West door to terrace, a fireplace in kitchen end (8m x 5m).  Spiral stairs lead to the 1st floor where there are two rooms and basic sanitation comprising a shower, wash basin  and wc.

There is a stone wall separating the small house and other two houses keeping it private.  At the end of the small house are two large storage rooms which are used for storing garden furniture, tools and wood.

All three houses are detached and have their own private front terrace and the small house has a partly covered terrace and adjoining outhouses which provide useful storage space. 

To the front of the houses and in the middle of the grounds is a large swimming pool with stone tiled terrace and surrounded by lawns and a selection of mature trees and shrubs tended on a regular basis by a retired neighbour.
