Dordogne - Nicely situated stone property consisting of a newly repointed main house with west-facing terrace, a small guest house with covered terrace, a natural spring with watercress pond set in over 7000m2 of gently sloping grounds and small wood opposite (3700 m2) between Montignac and Rouffignac in the Perigord Noir of the Dordogne.

A new set of wooden stairs from the living room lead up to the first floor where there is a corner landing used as an office (6m2) and two bedrooms (18m2, 12m2) facing south and west. At the end of the 1st floor is a large bathroom with both bath and shower, 2 washbasins, bidet, wc and outside door to the east (15m2).
