Peacefully situated holiday village consisting of 17 rental bungalows, central main building with bar, restaurant and drinks licence I, games room and function room, large enclosed pool (17m x 7m), tennis court, petanq and volley ball pitches and many other games areas, all set in just over two hectares of wooded grounds between Sarlat and Souillac in the Perigord Noir of the Dordogne.
Each bungalow is fully furnished and equipped with fridge, electric hobs and small ovens, and ranging from one, two or three bedrooms with shower room and separate wc.
 Each bungalow has its own shaded outside seating area and garden furniture. There are 10 bungalows sleeping 4 people, 3 bungalows sleeping 6 people and 4 bungalows sleeping 2 people.
   In addition to the bungalows, the current owners also have three leasehold mobile homes with wooden terraces providing shaded eating areas.
 In the main building (166m2), there is a bar and restaurant, commercial kitchen, shower room and separate wc and outside barbecue and terrace for evening parties or guest entertainment.  There is also a television area with video equipment and a laundry and the whole building is centrally heated.
The current owners also provide entertainment for children and provide take-away meals on request.
 Fresh bread and pastries are delivered every day for breakfast and there is a selection of local food produce on site.
 Set just 3 kilometres from the river Dordogne on the side of a gentle sloping wooded hillside, this holiday village is open all year round and caters for families, small and large groups for short or long stays or even just weekends, and in easy reach of all the popular tourist sites of the Perigord and the Quercy.
