Far away from noise and pollution, the Natural Park of the Morvan is within easy access of Paris by car or TGV, and direct from Lille and the Euro Starlink to London¹s Waterloo.  The Settons lake is just one of the six biglakes in the Park which also boasts 200 smaller lakes, 1200 km of trout rivers, 500 km of footpaths, as well as all the leisure activities you could wish for:  water sports, fishing, horse riding, mountain biking, culture,crafts and history... a paradise for all the family.

Within the residence itself, there are two communal games areas for adults and children with swings, bowling & volley ball pitches and even a toboggan run, and nearby bars and restaurants around the lake will certainly spoil you with local gastronomy.
